Moab’s Exclusive Trail Running Events Site.

GrassRoots Events specializes in endurance trail running race events in the Moab area.

Currently, GrassRoots Events directs three trail race events, Moab’s Red Hot 55k/33k, Moab’s Alpine to Slickrock 50mi, aka M.A.S.50 and the Amasa 6.5/9.5mile. These race events take place in the beautiful red rock canyon country Moab, Utah, is famous for.

Our main goal is to preserve the small, tight, community feel endurance trail running race events have lost over the years. We are excited about the increased interest and participation in endurance trail running race events, but strive to maintain a family-of- friends feeling at our races events. We hope you walk away from our trail race events with a sense of belonging to a community of runners who truly respect and appreciate what endurance trail running has to offer. Our race events are designed to challenge you physically, mentally, and spiritually and hopefully, instill a desire to return in successive years.

GrassRoots Events may be an events company, but we like to refer to it as an epic adventure to instill the passion we each have for trail running to those who participate in and attend our race events.
